@osbornehunter If a fighter learns to reach and go looking for the pads that is more in keeping with what boxing is about. I saw the great George Benton run pads many years ago and he didn't run the pads on to the glove because he said no boxer deliberately tries to run his head on the end of your glove...and he is exactly right.

He's fast and he has good form. The kid has potential. It is true prodigies don't always grow up to be champs. But why hate? Because the kid moves better than you? Hits faster?

@YoshimitsuNamu no your not understanding what i was referring to i understand the "point" of focus pads thats just" it " floor to ceiling balls focus mitts speed ball all timing speed coordination if you dont understand my initial comment then its you that have "missed the point completly" which was just because you have speed and timing and can "wack" the focus mitts with great combos and defensive head movement doesnt make you a champion

@readray 13,, from about 6 Ive been lucky enough to be involved in martial arts including boxing ..i think you need to rethink what you wrote im was not being judgmental nor was a jealous my comments come from experience as a fighter and a trainer and where did i "mock" the kid in the video ? you sound like quiet the simpleton with you animal fetish remarks strange for someone to get so upset over nothing

Get real man the kid has skills and you know it. Clearly youve never actually boxed if you think padwork is easy, espesially when youre doing improv like him as opposed to a set routine. @Asilaydyingfan15 yea he has skill im on the "pads" and yes ive done many hours of pad sparring work ive sparred world champs and ive trained enough people to know that looking good on the pads dosent translate to a world beater the kid has great footwork head movement timing etc though it wont be until he has someone punches back at him that we see if he still possess the same attribute s

Man ive helped train kids for years, none of them show the speed and precision with improv pad work that this kid has, which is why if you knew anything about boxing (you dont) instead of just being some goofball pretending to know what hes talking about over the internet you wouldnt be sitting on what is (probably) your fat ass making silly comments
