good choice of music. that must of been really fun to play. All-city has been one of the most funnest ensembles i have ever been in.

I was in the '84 All City. We were assembling in the Disneyland back-lot when UCLA bruins cut right thru us, turned around and played a number... they were challenging us. When they finished, Mr. Harris told the 3 drum majors to have us point at the Bruins and then play # 3, "Far From Over". (The All City from the early 80's was all about RAW POWER... Dustin and Harris made us into ANIMALS.) We D.E.M.O.L.I.S.H.E.D. ucla. Tucked their tails between their legs and slinked away... what a rush!
