i think they should do this again with a few tweaks like instead of just gus and geoff, maybe four people to fight the undead, also similar to survival mode in left 4 dead, they have time to prepare for the horde by stocking the weapons and clips, then they activate something to alert the horde and they have to hold out for 10 minutes or so until a car or van pulls up to rescue them

Strat 1: Pick up your brain, and place it inside the shed. Throw all weapons in after it. Kill zombies as they trudge through the doorway.

Strat 2: I saw foam swords. Chuck the brain inside the shed again, or leave it if you feel ballsy. Walk through the crowd of zombies bopping them all in the head as you go.

Realoding is a bitch, plus the fear of their numbers is what usually will make you miss, plus your stamina.

So no matter how many weapons or how well defended you are fighting is useless.

Hell, there is no way that you can defeat a massive horde like that, only thing you can do is runnnnnnnnnnnn like a little girl.
