Wonder Woman got hit in the face by a punching bag in her fight with her android double in the "Deadly Toys" episode. The android is taken down by two whacks to the head -- it is a great scene!

Right now, I cannot think of another "in-costume" physical KO. In her fight with the "caveman"-type creature in "The Boy Who Knew Her Secret, Part 2", however, she gets tossed around a bit. I don't think he actually smacks her like the Zardor did, though.
