BTW RE: the Third rail. In the Boston Subway the SIDE of the third rail (power rail) is insulated. She seems to have contacted it when she fell, but she is wearing shoes so I doubt she took any type of a 'hit'. I just look at the operators gestures as the people pull the lady up, Shes SHAKEN.
