  • Thank you for explaining the safety side of Sous Vide. I'm just starting out and have worries that I won't heat the meat enough. I am using a steam oven and notice the temperature does jump around a bit (usually around 2 degrees higher than it should be)  I don't think the steam oven is as good as the water baths but cost is an issue at the moment.

  • Hi, your book is no longer available in Amazon, is it being re-print or it's moved to a different format. Saw your website with PDF of different language, is it become open free version now? Thanks!

  • @BackOnElectone My book is still available on Amazon through "Available from these sellers." My guide is much shorter than my book and it's my guide that's available in PDF on my website. My book has over 200 recipes and is 272 pages long while my guide has 13 recipes and is about 50 pages long.
