We don't have a lawful govt. The US Govt was abolished under the Banking Act of 1933 & it is written in the act that it abolished all branches of the US govt & was to be replaced with a Socialist Communist Govt. The receivership of the govt went to the IMF & also the UN.

In 1947, there were 12 war crimes trials held before US military courts in Nuremberg and most of the defendants were medical doctors accused of human experimentation. As a result of these trials, the Nuremberg Code was established. It sets ethical principles for human experimentation.

This article is called Breaking the Nuremberg Code, because those principles appear not to have been followed in these cases.

The Nuremberg Code is a set of research principles/ethics established as a result of the Nuremberg trials of Nazi doctors One of those principles for example is Informed Consent. The individual cannot be made subject of an experiment UNLESS and UNTIL they are (made) fully aware of the reason for the experiment, the methods employed, risks the experiment poses. And, they must give their full consent VOLUNTARILY under no coercion or deceit .
