Very unfortunate. I had a few of my other students do the same thing. Thankfully they did in the KT class rather than mine, since he was a little nicer than I would have been.
@qiranger That's too bad. I didn't flip out on them, but their parents came to pick them up so the parents heard what happened and well...seeing them so upset made me feel bad. It was a terrible cycle.
Sometimes kids just do stupid things, but when the always get away with stuff this can lead to bigger problems - so you're a hero - you stopped them from becoming massive English cheats - go you!
I never cheated, but for the 3 years that I worked as a lecturer at a university I caught students cheating countless of times. Really awful thing to do. I hope you have a great week :)
aww..please don't get it so serious! :) I don't know what it is.. but i really love your videos and everytime i look at my sub-box for a new one! I have no idea how do you get it on your own in Korea? Is it hard for you? Are you lonely? :) Head up! xoxo
@uniquastudio Aww thank you SO much. That comment just made my day. Having a Korean boyfriend makes things a little bit easier, but yeah it's very difficult sometimes. I really miss my mom and my best friend back home. :(
I cheated at school when i was young, i guess everyone does it ..;-) should not take it so serious...;-) im sure those 2 learned they lesson..;-) yeahhh hell i felt good even that i was cheating, i felt good cause i didnt got cought...lol
@Broetchen4me Yeah, I think everyone does it. It's too bad they got caught...I didn't want to catch them, but I did!! I'm pretty sure they will never do that again.
i really enjoy the new location! :D it's nice to switch things up once in a while! i have cheated before in geography and i'm really not good at geography today but i have to say that cheating in this subject saved me from studying for hours, because we had to know so many things by heart for each test. i don't think this is a completely acceptable excuse to cheat, however, i did have more time to study for more important and (for my occupation) more relevant subjects..
@klinii Thanks! I wanted somewhere that just looked comfy and you could actually see my face. I guess it makes sense if it's something you're not good at or not too important for you. I was so upset at these students because they are great at English and wouldn't have had any trouble at all! Bummer!!!
Love the new location! That's a much better backdrop.
I never really cheated in school, except off of one of my classmates in Spanish. I was horrible at it and, even though I passed the tests, I never got any better. So, I agree. At the end of the day, cheating on tests totally isn't worth it.
Great job putting a positive spin on this one! Have a great weekend!
@GreenEggsAndHamster Thanks! Glad you like it. Especially language...cheating is definitely going to hold you back. I tried really hard to make it even slightly positive. Ehhh...hope it went okay. I pretty much slept all Saturday night. Oops.
@ravon1981 Well yes, that is one of the most important parts. I have a rule about chewing gum that is just that. "You can chew gum, as long as I don't know you're doing it. If I see you do it, time to throw it out!"
the person my husband had an affair with 15 years ago is now back in his/our life...
