1:05 HRRMLAALLHRRR!!!! Did something like this on the last thieves guild quest. Barracks chock full of royal guards and my Kajiit had invisibility enchantements up the ass. Cast an enrage spell and used all my daedric artifacts to summon a ton of monsters and when the guards were dead, I used staff of worms to resurrect them. The resulting chaos was heavenly.

to do this on the computer version all you have to do is press the ~ key and select a guard (or any npc) with your mouse and type "setcrimegold 2000" or any high number. after you do this a couple times they should all be fighting
