Italy has a tradition in giving monies not just soundtracks, but defining musical themes, so getting an italian composer is a good choice:)

I think it might be. The "banging" "drumming" part sounds like the guys that come take the rest of the family away. the tickleing part near the end sounds like the part where the girl on the street dies
