I am a West Indian and I remember in the 60s tuning in to a gospel radio station in St. Maarten - PJD 2 every weekday as it presented "Your Gospel Favourite - The Chuck Wagon Gang" from 12:15 to 12:30. Angel Rock Me To Sleep was one of my many favourites. This group was so popular on the station's request program that there was a slot in the program where all the songs by the CWG were played in succession. I used to enjoy it.
My mother had an album with this song on it. She gave it to me but I lost the album in a house fire many years ago. I remembered this one song on it and sang the chorus to my babies. I never remembered who sang the song, though I heard others. This is the one that is attached to my fond memories of my early Christian life and my mother. Thank you for uploading it.

You have made a lot of families happy tonight. We grew up with these songs and the Chuck Wagon Gang.
