Thanks a lot for the helpful vid. Funny enough, the video i wanted to render though short and simple, I set to render in 1080p and now i have no idea when it will finish. For future renders, is there a way to stop it and make changes to these setting before doing the render again? Also is there not a progress bar?

Theres no quictime or windows movie maker for me can i choose .avi?

Whenever I go to 'Image Format' all I have are different iamge formats (png,jpeg etc)

There is no option for Mov for any other video format.

Is there some setting to enable this, or do you have to download a plug-in?

Great! This helps alot! But I'm having an issue. After it's rendered, it's very laggy. I've tried converting it and re-rendering it to try to fix the problem and it still comes out laggy I eport as an AVI since I'm on windows and don't see quicktime...but that shouldn't make it lag....

i'm trying to render a simple scene now...

i have some questions...

at render settings, i hear you use Maya Software..

At 'image file output'-'frame/animation ext:'

i can't choose the multi-frame option,..

it only renders images not animations..

maybe is it because of settings in

Window>Settings/Preferences>Pl­ug-InManager ?

yea, there should be an option for a movie file under render settings. such as a quicktime movie or windows media movie. all of the other things are just images, which you can put together in a program like combustion.
