@NecoRocksursocks It's also called, "I'm Alive" and it's the first ending to Kuroshitsuji, which is this absurdly popular anime. I think the singer is called Becca. Weird, I know, but that ending theme is done by an English-speaking singer while the show's Japanese. I don't fully get it either.
@goodideaatthreeam Honestly, I don't see these lyrics as sad—perhaps more mocking than anything, which makes a lot of sense with the upbeat sound. After all, isn't that what Gabriel's memory is ultimately doing to Diana?
