For some reason my Westie was only interested in the butchist and biggest breeds. He was crazy about a Doberman/Great Dane mix, Rottweilers, Boxers, Chows,....etc.
I have a westie, and it loves getting into fights, specially bigger dogs, my dogs taken down a rotweiler, spaniels, labs, etc i would underestimate them at all. They are very strong thats why there called terriers
Dont underestimate the Westie too soon! They can hold their own, if an owner hasnt messed up their built-in Self assuredness. These dogs were playing, very cute, size doesnt matter here, only the Energy they are each displaying, only they know and some very smart owners will recognize. Both great dogs!

Actually they're called terriers because they have a tendency to hunt vermin by digging ("terra" means "earth"). But they are very strong dogs.
