Really loved Cordelia!!! She was the best from the first time they showed her!!! But they really messed up her character in season 4 of Angel - but to redeem her, they brought her back (the real Cordelia) in season 5. too bad that it was only for one episode :(

Hell I loved cordy when she was a Bitch , the way she would put people down was so funny. I loved cordy when she became a nice person she never lost her Sassiness though she was always herself she was never fake which is odd for her stock Character type. Cordelia is the HBIC

I could write a book on the virtues of Cordelia Chase. Suffice to say that her character arc, from the first season of Buffy to the fourth season of Angel, was one of the greatest in TV history. She truly was extraordinary. I still miss her.

Just started rewatching Buffy season 4 on DVD, nostalgia for the original series! Cordelia was a big miss on the show after season 3, something was lost - Cordy's own brand of wit, humour, putdowns and big heart and determination underneath it all. Breaking up and making up with Xander, Anya just wasn't the same - a poor man's Cordy. She came into her own for a time in Angel but her death and the lead up to it was a waste of a talented actress. There will always be only one Cordy!

True dat. Especially since they waited until the end of Season 4 to tell the viewers it hadn't been her at after all.

I don't know but my guess is that that decision (to say she had been influenced by Jasmine ever since she came back)had something to do with reactions of the fans and hadn't been planned from the beginning...that's the way it seemed to me at least.

every time I think of Cordelia, I think of the Homecoming episode where she and Buffy get stuck on a "Slayer Hunt" and she tells this guy, "IF YOU THINK THAT SLAYERS AWFUL, I'M YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!" and she just pretends to be the other slayer and it freaks them out. =P
