  • My home town - Christchurch, New Zealand - had a magnitude 5.3 aftershock on Saturday, NZ time at 1749hrs. Power outages, liquefaction and further damage to buildings.

Christchurch was struck by a magnitude 7.1 earthquake on 4 September 2010 at 0435hrs, and while it caused extensive damage, no lives were lost and only couple of people were injured. On 22 February 2011 at 1251hrs a magnitude 6.3 aftershock struck causing heavy damage, substantial liquefaction and 180 deaths. Take care.

  • God bless you. from Japan.

  • I love how americans describe everything as " North of london" there are 1,000's of place names in England than just " London".

  • @pbrew85 The Yanks think Britain consists of London and that's it! They're so dumb!

  • North Of London, the city does have a name

  • Just clocked this vid but it brings back memories when I was sitting at the computer and felt it rumble towards me from behind, it felt like it was coming from horizon to horizon under my chair and it rumbled off into the distance - I live near Woodbridge, Suffolk - no damage to the cottage, my TV monitor shook a little but 4 sure it was a moving experience I will never forget.

  • i remerber that but my mum and sis were woke up my sis thourght it was a ghost

  • We have had four of them in the past year in California. A 5.3 shakes a little but to say your ex came three times in five seconds would be difficult when your thing measures out to be 5.3 mate......

  • I was having sex with my ex when this happened and now she wants me all the time cause she came like 3 times in 5 seconds

  • lol

  • People dont know how to predict them yet

  • Your earthquakes in the future are here.

    See more than 800 forecasts.

The plate tectonic NOT makes the earthquakes.

  • u know the funniest people in the world? Pre 2000, they were the paranoid y2kers. Now, its the 2012-ers...

    Fuckin idiots...

  • :O i have a little shitzue :) xD

  • i didnt even feel it

  • load of fuss about nothing

  • People are stupid true the earth is changing but doesnt mean the end or the end of the human race. And planet x wtf is that.

  • the ap is run by skull & bones.

  • How about standing around waiting for the end, you try to start something new. That way, you etheir help make the world a better place, and truly end the things that make you feel so bitter about life in the first place. The world may end in 2012, it may end in 20012, every end is a new beggining.

  • idiotic 2012 assholes

do something productive like find out why the world is so messed up,

and why if it is ending are so many people obsessed with complete domintation of the earth?

cuz leaders want idiots like you to throw up your hands in surrender saying "o well, it doesnt matter that my government has raped me of all my rights, the world is ending"

  • is not endin, its changin, get ur facts right.

  • ohhh noooo, the christians here in the US are screaming again, end of world BS....ugh..do you guys have the same nuts as we do?

  • Lol, don't you love how predictable the nuts are?

Strange how these are the same nuts that want political power over everyone (US). These are people who don't believe there is a future at all... Christ is coming soon! But they want the power over everyones future. Does nobody find that a bit twisted?

But yeah, hope everyone is okay after the trembler.

  • twatting earthquake

1AM that bastard woke me up at!

    was rather fun though

  • Only 1 person was injured, the owner of the house with the collapsed chimney broke his pelvis.

  • So many stones and rocks in Britain. I think if a quake hits anywhere, Britain is a huge accident waiting to happen because of all the stones and rocks everywhere. They love things made with stones and pepples and stuff. They don't use wood much. Just stones and rocks mostly.

  • stones and rocks? 0.o? ...yeah

  • there will be a greater earthquake in LA in 2010

    (i think...)

  • Once every 30 years so calm down.

  • Oh it sounds very terrifying, non of us expected an Earthquake to hit the UK, It's something that happens in Japan!

Being a religous person I think this is a sign that Judgement day is near.

EarthQuakes are increasing, the war in Iraq and Palastine...

We need to pray more and God will protect us Ameen.

Hope your all safe and well bless u all.

  • I really dont like to believe that were all going to die one day all of a sudden.

  • 2012 u r right

  • Planet X is getting closer.

  • Yes, indeed it is!

  • yer thanks for the blessing and all but i think id rarther tell god to stick his forgivness up his ass.

in stead of looking at all the simple explanations i.e god causes war, earthquakes, tornadoes and everything else. the are more structured reasons behind these things. so stop living in the past and ask mayble look up what really causes these things. i can assure you that you'll die before your predicted 'judgement day' arrives.

  • lol 'he jumped onto my face the little shit, sue'.

  • i didnt wake up... :(

  • That man had a dog on his face

A daily occurence I'd guess - the dirty pervert. Imagine licking a dog's arse every night.

  • 'Signs of the times,' as Christ coined it.

  • ooh no, that is bad (the earthquake i mean)

  • well bobs your uncle

  • I don't think much of the quip at the start of the piece about the person who had the roof fall in on them. It even looks like they've edited in some running blood for effect.

  • Interesting happening. I guess they don't get those often.
