Hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got hot Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
that guy whoes shredded could do any exercise and look like that, look at his features it genetics. ppl like me gta train all year and see 2 abs at the most
I'm not saying this guy hasn't worked hard for his results..but some people certainly can have developed looking abs without much work...it's just lucky genetics!!
so i have a question vince...so ive been tryin to get ripped abs for about a year now....and finally my diet is as perfect as could be. but right now there still some bodyfat covering my abs (i believe i am at 8.3% bodyfat)..anyways will these exercises help bulk my abs more?? and another thing is is better to do abs early in the morning on an empty stomach? thank you ~ur fan johnathan ramirez
@Nutbuster360 dude you have alot of mental drive to keep going for a year so well done on that,
go for a run (40 mins at least) then do abs all on an empty stomach then eat straight after. Make sure your heart rate is over 90 beats per minute for those 40 minutes of running. keep that up for a while with your dieting and you will have abs popping so far out!!!
doing cardio in the morning will not make you lose your muscle. that is the worst information ive ever heard. you should really take and exercise physiology class before your start handing out training tips
This is good, I'll add it to my list. I ship off to boot in about 6months, and I'm trying to build endurance, but at the same time, I want a good workout that will burn a ton of fat. Got any cardio vids?
@4BodyGoals......building muscle is not just for showing off, everybody has their own goals & reasons for working out, not everybody wants to be a martial artist or ballet dancer or even a bodybuilder for that matter, bodybuilding is a VERY BROAD field with many different dynamics involved and the sport is continuing to grow! the Arnold classics highlight some of these many different dynamics and not all are centered around big muscles, everybody is entitled to their opinion though
I'm a female, and i don't think big muscles are attractive on males or females. Besides dedication, respect for that, it's pointless. It's possible to be small yet strong. A korean martial artist has strength and skill. Even ballet dancers have strength. I think fitness, speed, and flexibility is 'sexy' but not this. Building that much muscle is just for showing off. You don't need it. Vince seems really arrogant to his friend at 3:33, his face and silence at 3:50 says it all really. lol.
I agree with you on your first point about what looks good.. But you can't be too much of a critic and judge on such small things in a vid. A lot of ppl misunderstand and misread my body language. I have to admit i was kind of looking for that in Vince too.. but thats not really the way to be. Just from thinking you're reading him right just cause of the way his face slightly looked??
@MrAlexandre1709 Hey, I know I'm not vince but I think this may help. I've heard from my trainer that the reason people's abdominal muscles stick out and look cut is because they have a low body fat percentage. Usually you start to see ab definition around 10% but Ideally you should shoot for single digits, like 8%. The key is to be in a caloric deficit after workouts. So it doesn't really matter how you achieve the deficit. Best thing would be do both cardio and abs. and stay away from carbs
@konshess. dude vince is probably in better shape than you will ever be in your life. He may look a little big maybe cuz he's in a bulking phase. He's still lean, he's just not as lean as that other guy probably because he's in his cutting phase.
@FloMonKish long answer, short, the more exercises you do in the morning, the more calories your body will burn throughout the day, because it had nothing to dissolve when you were working out

Some physiques are dependent on a person's body. Take biceps for an example. Some guys can flex and have like this peak on their biceps, while others can't. Vince showed once that he can't get that peak, it's just not in his genetics, but his arms are HUGE none the less! I think abs can apply too, but again, when you're huge or ripped or both i don't think it really matters, because you're awesome for getting to that point in life regardless of what anyone may think.

I think what you're seeing is not his rip cage, but actually they're his obliques, part of the obdominal muscle, but you can see his rips when he has his arms outstretched and up, but most people do anyways.

Unusual? LOL. I do that with a 20 kg dumbbell. This is just a just a roman chair but hanging to a bar and with more range. It's only natural to do that if you don't have a roman chair or a captain chair, whatever it's called. This and bicycle is the only ab exercise you'll ever need and only once a week. Exercise like squat will also work your abs.
this practice is hell! Focus is very important, most people start to swing. Swinging is not an ab training. So why training before brackfast? If you eat carbs and afterwarts you train you will burn carbs and after the carbs you start buring fat. So the first 30 mins you are buring carbs. If you train before brackfast you burn fat immediatly.

dude, vince-idk why everyones gettin you for bein bulkier. There's always transition stages right? A question I have is will it be generally the same amount of effort to go from skinny to an athletic mma type build, or from just higher body fat content to a nice bulky but ripped body...if that makes any sense? Idk, youre a nice guy-and i give respect where deserved.
i wish i could film my ab workout but to hit my obliques w/o a cable, i do a version of the knee to chest leg raise but i kinda raise my knees off to the side and do twenty reps for each side..if you do 'em right, you'll definitely start to feel the burn
You can do this weighted as well. I strap a plate to my ankles using a weight belt.... though I started doing the half pull-up so that the weight wouldn't smash the ground on the way down. :P

@Reezie78 Not unusual at all. I think Vince is just educating the people who stick exclusively to crunches for their ab exercises on other methods to train the midsection.
@Reezie78 He does this for 30-45 minutes each morning with some others too. Not everyone knows this exercise and most people do not support there body weight... most people hang.
@VinceDelMonte Yeah a lot of really strong guys cant even support their own body weight ive noticed. I currently do mostly body weight stuff with some weights added in. Hanging Leg raises are my fav exercise currently! Keep motivating the masses!

A question I have is will it be generally the same amount of effort to go from skinny to an athletic mma type build, or from just higher body fat content to a nice bulky but ripped body...if that makes any sense? Idk, youre a nice guy-and i give respect where deserved.

i wish i could film my ab workout but to hit my obliques w/o a cable, i do a version of the knee to chest leg raise but i kinda raise my knees off to the side and do twenty reps for each side..if you do 'em right, you'll definitely start to feel the burn

You can do this weighted as well. I strap a plate to my ankles using a weight belt.... though I started doing the half pull-up so that the weight wouldn't smash the ground on the way down. :P

@VinceDelMonte You just said it again, he does cardio on an empty stomach to lose fat, but in other videos he says he won't do cardio this way cause he doesn't want to lose muscle.
I'd like to know, is it good to do any workouts on an empty stomach, like, should we do that as much as possible for all workouts? Or can you do cardio in the morning to lose fat but NOT lose muscle doing it?
You might want to clear some of this up in another vid!

@Reezie78 He does this for 30-45 minutes each morning with some others too. Not everyone knows this exercise and most people do not support there body weight... most people hang.

@VinceDelMonte Yeah a lot of really strong guys cant even support their own body weight ive noticed. I currently do mostly body weight stuff with some weights added in. Hanging Leg raises are my fav exercise currently! Keep motivating the masses!
