@royaltysteamers-when using RX-20 try "braiding" your steam line with your vacuum hose (think of how a rope is constructed) to better manage them.
Just a suggestion.

Why didn't you offer stretching the customers carpet??? You can clearly see it needs it. Just a reccomendation that's all other then that..... good job.
