我很喜歡《Love actually》這套英國電影，我由最初睇有字幕都唔明，然後­查字典，逐句聽，逐個音聽，然後去模仿，經過超過三十次以上痛苦­的不斷重播，而家終於可以完全唔需要字幕去睇，而且大部份既詞語­我都可以寫番出來，整個過程對我英語既進步係非常大影響。

同埋最好睇啲有英文字幕既...有埋中文更好...可以學到生字­之餘又唔會沉悶

It's not really a listening or hearing issue. I would suggest that reading books would help. The more grammar and vocabulary of the English language you possess, the easier your mind deduces the words automatically, which is the language concept of the brain.

Other than that, Britain has so many different accents and even locals may not always understand one another, so I don't think they should feel miserable not being able to understand some accents.

依個唔係accent既問題, 而係流暢度既問題, 你講既句子時快時慢會令人聽唔明.

Thanks for sharing. I'd like to ask whether the accent affects the understanding of certain words, such as Hong Kong people get used to RP accent, and then they would find difficult to hear in Scottish accent.

我覺得歌曲通常都會拉長 D 音來唱。通常好易聽。

除非你聽 hip-hop rap. 不過過程超難，而且你會學到講嘢講到好似 Rapper 咁。

每次當我睇美國電影個時呀媽都會走黎問我:咩你唔覺得D美國人講­個D英文好難聽咩?睇英國電影好D......而我就每次都答佢­:美國電影好睇D嘛....都唔係好難姐除非個個字我本身唔織就­無得講啦...但係後黎我睇British got talent 個時發現自己唔係好聽得明D評判講詳野....係要聽好幾次先明­....點解我咁奇怪ge....識聽美式但係英式返而咁ge.­..

最好揀有趣，同埋久唔久就有新片既黎睇，

起碼如果係搞笑既，你都會想知佢講緊乜，同埋個過程無咁痛苦。
