  • Anyway this is great. Good job my friend. How big it is? is this a part of a selfmade park or its just a ride complex?

  • Im loving this hand made ride! good job Hethetheth. Can you please make a set for download this?

  • @TonySilverVideos I'm afraid I can't do that. The ride is split over several park files, and I don't have any of them anymore.

  • OMG please tell me how did you get the cars go backwards?

  • Love your rides! Could you tell me the sets you used for the wallpaper? I'm making a hotel ride and am trying to find a set.

  • @imagineertwins Looks like DisFan's Haunted Mansion...I used it a recent project.

  • Hey Heth,

  • THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE INTO A REAL RIDE.

  • You should have had the bride say "Hurry back" at the end like in the ride itself.

  • can you tell me where you downloaded those lights in the windows that light up when the roller coaster goes by? thanks! By the way loved the video!

  • @harrison18gb I didn't download them, I made them in game using lasers.

  • I

    JUST

    PISSED

    MY

    PANTS!

    THAT WAS FREAKING AMAZING

  • hey i wanna ask..is phantom manor based on true stories??

  • @maryyjacksonn no that I'm aware of no

  • How did you do switch track

  • @booprior you can't, it's just video trickery

  • @Hethethethscorchio What about the freefall?

  • @fishqueen25 video trickery

  • What was the excitement rating on it?

  • @TRexAteMyGirlfriend N/A - it can't exist. It is in fact a few coasters edited together and attached in post-production.

  • @TRexAteMyGirlfriend I never really bother with ratings anyway, they mean nothing when making videos.

  • @Hethethethscorchio I think they meant to say riding on it.

  • @Hethethethscorchio lol never mind i read that wrong.

  • gosh i didnt know the phantom had a youtube account

  • @absoldog oh he certainly does

  • Where did you get that Vincent Price Laugh you hear at 6:17?

  • @myronwouts I got that from a sample of the Phantom Manor ride in Disneyland Paris. Search Sounds of Magic on google, and it's in their Tributes section.

  • i think the idea is cool :D i worked for disney for 7 years and if you have an open mind and put more than one ride of the haunted mansion together and included paris you will see what this ride is all about. i love the concept and i keep watching it over and over :D i love the backwards part! i hope this makes it some day good job!

  • I actually have the shakes.

That was utterly phenomenal (sorry, spelling's not very good tonight).

That was truly amazing, thankyou so much for that wonderful experience. Truly great stuff to work wonders for the imagination.

  • This should realy be a ride at disneyland. I mean, the part where the car switches track (kinda) and freefalls throu to the next room is amazing, and the phantom standing right in front of you makes it just a tad scarier. Plus the storyline is perfect for a sequel of the haunted mansion.

  • @dawfurby thank you very much! :)

  • @Hethethethscorchio No problem, this ride deserves those kinds of comments ;D

I actually just watched it again. I think that you should consider changing the track colors to those of the ground in each scene, by using the painting tool for buildings on the track. The track would blend in to the scene better and male the ride so much more scary.

  • It's false! The Bride's name is Melanie and Henry is her father, and not her groom. The name of wife of Henry is Martah. Bad... It isn't look like PHANTOM MANOR, it looks like Haynted Mansion... Curse you, ravenswood manor lyer!

  • @PavelosF What part of "re-interpretation" did you not get? It's my version of the ride, based on my re-interpretation of the story. I know the actual story of Phantom Manor, I just chose not to use it. It's called having an imagination.

And it's spelt liar, by the way.

  • @Hethethethscorchio thats right, show him who's boss

  • SO COOL!

  • @solidmario1 - This is based upon my 2007 version, but not completely the same. If anything, it's a sequel. The pre-show describes what happened to the bride, but the rest of the events are what is happening to the audience/riders. The Phantom is trying to capture you now, the Bride is simply an onlooker. She manages to escape with you as the tree breaks a wall. The Phantom is destroyed when fire (started by lightning) burns him up.

  • @Hethethethscorchio Thanks. I love the first one that you did, but the preshow for this one is more dramatic when it shows henry's body. So in the end of this one, the phantom is destroyed, and that means that the souls of Henry and Mary are finally free and can be together in the afterlife. Am I Correct?

  • @solidmario1 It's left intentionally ambiguous really. Unlike the 2007 one, it's not said whether the Bride dies or not, but she would be left in the house in peace.

  • @Hethethethscorchio Alright, I understand now. I was just confused.

  • @hethethethscorchio. What happened at the end, because there is not much narration. I saw your original that said she died and went to live with henry in the spirit world forever. Other than my questions, This video is actually pretty good.

  • Hi

Can you send me this Lighting Firework on the first Lift??

Iam not good(very bad)n the Firework making

Please..Thanks and you projects with Rct3 are Awesome ;-)

  • Fantastic! Very well done!

  • how did u let the coaster fall down ?

  • @TheFre1509 I suggest you check out the "Making of...Phantom Manor - Evil of the Phantom" to find out :)

  • cool!!!!

  • dude my friend works for Disney and he said "That was cool and i wish they thought of it this way instead of the way it is now' 50/50

  • @escapeartist7025 PAHAHAHAHHA. good one.

  • Really Good Work (Y)

  • wow you put a good shunk of the ride in a giant black room.... lol, hey check out some of my rides, and tell me what you think , check out my ride xlarate and pure

  • thats the best dark ride ive see on youtube, 10 times better than imagineer john !!!!!!!!!

  • @aidwhit I wouldn't say it was that good (I'm a big IJ fan) but thank you :D

  • @Hethethethscorchio i think the lighting, mixmasters, audio and layout is great

Ps do you make your own cs??

  • @aidwhit No, I don't make any of my own CS. In fact, I've only been using CS for a few months. For 6 years I was exclusively non-CS

  • @Hethethethscorchio i cant tell you havent use cs, all of you rct3 stuff looks great and you are amazing an mixmasters !

  • @aidwhit - The last non-CS ride i did was Feuerrader V2, everything after that (march 2010) has CS, but I'm still very new to it. Thanks very much!

  • Where did you get the Haunted Mansion/ Phantom Manor walls?

  • @5soccerdude5 The interior walls were part of Disfan1's The Haunted Mansion sets. I forget exactly where I found them, but i think it was on ataricommunity.

  • @Hethethethscorchio TYVM!!!!!

  • @5soccerdude5 no problem. Some of the fences on the exterior are from Thiery's Phantom Manor set.

  • AMAZING! im just wondering did your game lag at all theres so many special effects?

  • @Turbostealthfire This had to be spread over several park files since it lagged quite a bit.

  • This was amzing! By any chance do you know how long it took to build it?

  • @Imagineer56 It took about 3 months and a bit to make, but had been in planning for a long time before that.

  • Hey. Cool ride. Just a question. The pathcovers. Which set. Do they happen to be mine (briantjuh94's pathcovers)?

  • @hethuisanubis94 They're from Shyguys Main street sets 1-4. Thanks :)

  • I'm speechless. Only thing I can say is: ''Respect''

This is by far my favorite ride from you.

  • Absolutely Brilliant! My favourite part where the ghosts flying across the room!

  • @Czekierski I did love that scene as well! The ghosts entering the walls were achieved by lasers hitting the wall from the other side.

  • woooow that was coolzzzzz

  • @AwsomenezTV Cheers man!

  • Just Incredible, I hope you will Post a how did you do that Tutorial ;)

  • @RcT3XtRa I've already started work on one :)

  • @RcT3XtRa I have now made a tutorial to explain some effects.

  • Very good hethetheth love the special effects makes the ride come out more.

  • @ThemeDesign Thanks man! :)

  • Wow! It's so amazing! Great scenery and great video. Good stuff. :-D

  • @gunicado Cheers man :)

  • Awesome awesome AWESOME! Great job Heth! :D

  • @Rollerman87 Thanks so much :)

  • DUDE!!!! Sick and epic. love it. this deserves a favorite

  • @xIWillDestroYoux thank you very much :) I'm glad you liked it...and you didn't have to wait as long as you thought either haha ;)

  • Amazing! The scenery, music, lighting, EVERYTHING was amazing! I loved all the transitions, explosions, and lasers. I think this topped Cavacalade as my favorite ride on RCT3, although it might have something to do with my passion for the haunted mansion. This ride was so great I literally blinked only twice during the entire video. I just LOVE it. Words can not describe the amazing feeling you get before, during, and after experiencing the phenomenon called Evil of the Phantom. -Everett

  • @anerulzproduction - I absolutely love Cavacalade, so you have no idea how much this comment means to me :D. Thanks so much

  • FANTASTIC! An absolute masterpiece! You've created such an amazing, and ingenious ride. This is without a doubt my favorite ride from you.

  • @tebownater Thank you very much! It's my favourite of mine too!

  • this was awesome!

I burst out laughing when the Phantom went up in flames

....he did go up in smoke (lol) for death, not as a 'I'll be back' sort of deal. right?

  • @conner623 ...Well, given he's essentially a Zombie, his rise from the death was a bit of a surprise the first time. He's supposed to be completely dead though...you know the saying "kill it with fire!"

    hahaha

  • All the wait was worth the time you put into this ride. good job

  • @cowboysrule210 - It was surprisingly quick to make, mostly due to the use of CS i think though.

  • Amazing, the lighting, the realism and the editing of this ride is simply enviable, truly a work of art.

  • @M00full Thank you very much! I am glad that it's going down so well with people.

  • Great job! Loved it. If there was one thing I would change, I would have you add in a Madame Leota, but other than that, there would be nothing else I could find wrong with it. Again, great job, and continue to make great rides like this in the future.

  • @HOCKEYDEFENSE1

I decided to leave out Leota, since she seemed a bit jarring and didn't help the story. However, there might be a slow dark ride (I've already built the queue for it, and can just about be seen in the video) to accompany this made later on.

  • @Hethethethscorchio yeah that makes sense actually. The slow ride sounds great! Can't wait for it!

  • This is fantastic everything every little detail was so perfect loved the lighting and special effects you used!!!

  • @deathfearsnone I should have a tutorial made on most of the lighting and effects up in the near future, thanks :)

  • True awesomeness from a truely awesome person :) Well done with your success :D Good Luck with future rides :)

  • @geggie93 Thank you. I may take a break from large rides for a while, but I will definately still do lots of small rides! I just enjoy making coasters, as simple as that.
