@tbone24100 if possible, we could have both ABC and CBS covering NBA games, ABC still doing Sunday afternoon games, and CBS doing Saturday night games

future CBS NBA coverage might be jointly produced with Turner Sports, who already joins with CBS for March Madness, even using CBS's college hoops theme - thus, CBS could also use TNT's NBA theme in their coverage

ESPN/ABC and TNT/CBS would continue to alternate each Conference Final, and then alternate the NBA Finals each year (exclusively on ABC or CBS in this case)

CBS would also pick up NBA playoff games that would otherwise only air on NBA TV.

Thank God CBS has kept their NCAA FOOTBALL intro. I really wish CBS would get the NBA back and bring some class back to the coverage - and return this intro. Then again, the entire league is different. IMO - the players cared more and played harder back in the 80's.

CBS should get the NBA back. Ian Eagle, Kevin Harlan, Craig Bolerjack, Verne Lundquist, Greg Gumble and Gus Johnson all are really good at play-by-play and you can throw in Don Criqui for good measure. Jim Nantz would be good at halftime.
