@TMoney9961 wood actually is less likely to harbour bacteria than plastic boards. as long as the board is kept clean, and chicken handled well - there is little to no chance of harbouring any bacteria if the board is re-used in the same session, as opposed to being soaked/cleaned in hot soapy water.
