I have a 2005 and even with traction control, if you jerk the wheel and stomp on the gas it can get away from you. The Goodyear F1's that come stock grip a little funny until they warm up a little too. Typically you figure that out the first or second time you drive it. Very forgiving but an idiot can still phuque up given the right venue......

Ive driven the z06, as well as the f355, the lotus exige, the gt3, and the corvette has the worst handling of them all. It could be a decent car if they spent some money on developement and options. Too bad cause its the only american sport car out there.

I have a 2005 and even with traction control, if you jerk the wheel and stomp on the gas it can get away from you. The Goodyear F1's that come stock grip a little funny until they warm up a little too. Typically you figure that out the first or second time you drive it. Very forgiving but an idiot can still phuque up given the right venue......

Ive driven the z06, as well as the f355, the lotus exige, the gt3, and the corvette has the worst handling of them all. It could be a decent car if they spent some money on developement and options. Too bad cause its the only american sport car out there.

I'm willing to bet that 99.9% of the people on here bashing the Corvette Z06 have never driven one and never will, but if they were lucky enough to drive one they would have a new found respect for that car. I am a former Ferrari owner and bash corvettes for years, untill I drove the C6 Z06. I will never buy another Ferrari Period.
