You can buy those ankle straps at any Superstore outlet and try the Bent Knee Leg Raise exercise. Changes the intensity BIG time! I think you can get as low as 2 1bs per ankle. Be careful if you have back problems though, puts a little strain on the lower back. I also do a few extra reps on all my sets. :) Aerobic day tomorrow WOOOOOOO!!!
for you abs, you can place a flat weight on your chest and hold it with crossed arms. that should increase the stress on your muscles. keep it up buddy!!!!
