Also The symbol that shows up is the biohazard symbol which is the Japanese name for the RE series. If you look at the dots on the map on that website and also Capcom's website you can see that the dots seem to correlate to locations that Capcom has buildings. Primesight, the company in charge of some of the billboards shown, also says that Capcom is indeed responsible for the what is on them. The time in the video is about 2:00pm today. Keep a look out for anything zombie.
