I think Aster Clement was Jim Varneys' best caracter. Earnest was more popular but I think Aster is so funny. it's sad i know people who are like him really.
I only just found out Jim Varney is dead, man I'm gutted (I had a little cry actually, what a legend and even though he never received the success he deserved, I appreciated him and will never forget him. RIP Jim and God bless.
