Hey Boo! Did your employer state in a handbook or manual what they required before you started? Employers can require your hair to be a certain length. Think security guards, police, etc. They have to wear their above the collar. PS I like how you emphasized the "p"!!

If my job told me I had to cut my hair I'd be looking for a new job that's like cutting off my arm it's apart of my body. Breakage is always caused by either tension or dryness. Keep your hair moisturized and don't pull it out and breakage should not be a problem. Shedding can be cause by a lot of things mainly too much heat, or chemical treatments.
