My father-in-law was in The Noblemen. We found a compilation CD and played it at his son's wedding over the weekend. Who ever made this video did a great job. I cant wait to show him!! We're trying to find the episode when they performed on American Band Stand. Again, GREAT JOB!!
Hi Larry! I know Dick Biondi personally because for eight years of my life, I also was a radio DJ and I had the freedom to play a ton of local garage band songs that I felt should have received airplay. In '66 I believe Biondi was in Los Angeles at KCLR and then returned to Chicago. If a local band got a record played on WLS back in the 1960's and it caught on, then the band would gain some quick fame! You guys should have taken a road trip to the WLS studios!
@HemiVic I grew up downstate Illinois in Effingham. While cruising at night back in the early '60s ( think American Graffitti) , we could get WLS clear as a bell. Dick Biondi was the only DJ personality I can remember from back then. During the day we listened to KXOK in St. Louis.
I too was in the Noblemenn...65-66-67. We were from Garden City Michigan. We have recordings also. Someday I will get them posted here on the Youtube...someday.
@MrUncleglenn Hey I hope you do. It's fun and brings back great memories for all of us who were there. I Googled The Noblemen a few years back and there was probably a dozen or so groups with that name. .. lol

A very under rated '66 Garage Pop gem that should have been played on WLS and WCFL in Chicago! It most likely would have been a hit! EXCELLENT TUNE!
