Arrival by train at Glasgow Central Station

Good video, that is definately a class 156 sprinter. I have travelled on these on the Glasgow to Edinburgh via Shotts line a few times.

i miss glasgow is a gr8 city would love to come again on the train i think there is a early train that leaves Doncaster at 615am and arrives at glasgow about 1030 or something

I remember in the early 60s, when I was in the Army, arriving from Euston about 0800hrs. In those days the Tenements in, I think, Eglinton Street, looked directly on to the Track, you could see people having a wash and shave and getting ready for work - It wis great tae be hame!!

No it doesn't. Glasgow Queen Street has ticket barriers. Central has people standing about waiting to check your ticket fro time to time
