Im all for you promoting your website and all, but don't plaster it on the middle of the video! Jesus Christ its frustrating to watch whats going on with text hovering right there in the middle.
It happened in the past, that people stoled my videos pretenting they did them, adding their logo on them. That's why I were forced to do this way. But you're right, I'll try to remove the logo, or put it in a less intrusive way.
