usually this drill makes me want to scream and go headbutt someone. and usually the rest of the team is excited and jumping crowding the arena with the anticipation to actually be quick enough to get in themselves and knock the livin piss out of someone. but this isnt exactly what i described now is it? get some fire in ya and hit someone!
