You have major talent man use it well. but you play it way to fast and have it very unlike the real version i might of liked it if you played normal speed. quality is better then speed. try playing it like faintpusle1 or play it slower and not skip a lot of notes between some of your piano pieces.

Everything else was great though. Just if you even compare it to the original battle music it's a lot faster then normal. I assume this guy has been playing for a long time so i kind of expect him to figure out something so simple.

Yep, I agree. I hate the "F C Ab C" repetitions :\ Most piano collections are just dumbed-down versions of the originals. My goal is to perform piano covers as close to the original as possible with my own added flare. This is still a wonderful interpretation calbee219, just not my cup of tea ;)

Your added triplets at 1:08 and on 1:55 on the decreasing chords is also very impressive! I really wish they would have included that in the piano collections version.

As for your concerns about dynamics in the slower section (soft)...I think you did just fine! Soft is just a relative term when compared to your forte and mezo forte. =)

I've been listening to this several times per week now. Always as great as usual. I'll be happy when I'm as just as good as you.

Before I heard the versions of this on youtube I was almost certain that I had heard the music before, although I haven't played FFV. Today I noticed that there's actually a tribute in FFXII to the FFV fans. Since you can meet an optional (I think) boss, on a big bridge, who's name is Gilgamesh ;)

This piece is played when you start fighting him.
