This is about MUSICAL THEATRE, it's not just a singing competition. Niamh is a pop princess n is better suited to X Factor. Keisha has a great voice but did we ever see her act? Rachel, Sam n Jessie all act thru song. I think the best all-rounder is Sam cos she can also move well :-)

I don't think it's a race issue either. I just never pictured Keisha as Nancy. There is absolutely no doubt that she is a wonderful, talented girl - I can see her in other roles, just not as Nancy. It has nothing to do with her race, I just think there are other girls there more suited to the role, and the general public obviously think so as well. It is very sad that just because Keisha is black, some people assume that her being out is down to racism.

I don't think Keisha deserved to leave last week but Niamh was better.

A lot of people say Niamh has bad diction; but she has a Northern Irish accent, so the English contestants have a big advantage in that area. With practice she will be able to pronounce the words clearer in the right accent.

Niamh is very talented and I think that the 3younger girls would make better Nancys. In the book, Nancy is 17, and Sam, Niamh and Jessie have the natural vulnerability needed.

Notice the girls with the really big personalities are left even if they're not the best singers (eg. ashley altho i like her!)because that's how the public see nancy, loud and bubbly. To be honest, I don't blame Ashley for showing her joy at being put through. She probably should have acted more composed, but I was angry when Andrew said to Ashley a few weeks ago, "I just don't like your voice. Sorry." - If he didn't like her voice, then why did he put her through? I'm sure Ashley thought she was going, so you can't blame her for being surprised (and excited) for getting through.

Keisha's performances were always weak, but she always seemed much better in the sing off! She was great at the end of this piece but was definatly the right one to go. Naimh just had a song that didn't suit her voice, she sounded a bit flat whereas she usually has an effortless sound to her voice. Naimh or Jodie to win although Sarah has grown on me. Ashley to go next week please!

The right two people were in the bottom two this week. I couldn't see Keisha in the role of Nancy because I could never see any vulnerability in her performances which would make her a victim of Sykes. Niamh's performance was the weakest of the evening and she deserved to be in the bottom. I think Niamh is overrated as a singer and her performance this week was dreadful, her diction is very poor. Going off the sing off I think Keisha should have gone through as she was a much better singer.

That may be so, but Keisha has been in the bottom two, three times now and each time would have been out had it been down to viewer votes alone, including tonight. Clearly, the British public do not see her as Nancy and probably never well, so personally I think Andrew made the right decision in the end - even if he didn't think that either should be in the bottom two.
