  • I was out to the Refuge the other day and I AM IN SHOCK. It almost looks like a desert out there. What is the heck is GOING ON???? Where the heck is the Bureau of Reclamation located? I live in Klamath Falls. Why aren't people banding together to find the answers to what is going on? WE CAN BE POWERFUL IN NUMBERS. THIS is an ATROCITY. The migrating birds are coming RIGHT NOW and are going to be in danger. There will be no refuge for them. HOW CAN HUMANS be so STUPID and HEARTLESS?
