  • OK how much?

Looks really good 48 volts aren,t so bad but what about longevity of batteries when using in parallel?

How long would a bank of 24 12v 1000cca batteries last assuming they were properly balanced and their charge maintained from a constant source of a 200 amp alternator being run 24/7 by a turbine wheel?

  • I have owned this unit for about two month's. I've powered multiple hand tools off it. Drill motors soldering irons grinders, Iv'e run my small A/c unit off it about ten amps. I purchased it to run my submersible well pump, and have about 80 hours of time on it. I have a battery bank of 2400 amp hours at 12voltss, and 1,280 watts of solar panels, and a windy nation 750 model to charge the battery bank. This aims unit has preformed perfectly.I've not used the terminal block as of yet.

  • I like the new modifications of the 5000 watt unit, moving the terminal block and repositioning the outlets is a big plus.

  • check out my 7,000 watt Aims Industrial in real world Operation powered by solar. Take a look at my Youtube channel all about DIY Solar.

  • How would you even build a battery bank that could provide the almost 700 required amps!

  • @frosty9595

You would need to parallel multiple batteries together, in order to support this inverter.

  • @frosty9595 Easy no problem I use only four batteries check out mine on my channel. I could get by with two.
