Rick Stein is great. Compare him with faux Sri Lankan dishes prepared by Peter Kuruvita (SBS TV) where he uses oyster sauce in prwan dish. Sri Lankans dont use oyster/fish/soy sauce. Peter Kuruvita lived in Sri Lanka only for 7 years, and it was when he was 7 years old.
