Let's assume that he did at some point say that he would take care of her for the rest of her life. He never said that he would split everything with her. The average person makes 50K a year, most don't come anywhere near to that. Multiply 50K by 30 years and that's only 1.5 million dollars. I think asking for 50 million when all she did was incubate a child for the man is a bit greedy. She's getting over 80K a year in child support from 50. I don't think it costs 80K to raise a child.
