not neccesarrily, but the PC version also got some flaws and ps3 hasnt got any dlc or flaws.. But pc got mods so id say... Pc 1. Xbox also 1 PS3. 2 no flaws but no mods and no dlc...

The lost and damned files are actually in the pc version stored away in some files, Fileplanet has the mod where you actually play as the guy from lost and damned and voice is his and not nikos, and all the bikes and stuff.
