I am curious about your workout routine as well as how you planned your meals around school. If you shared this information with me it would mean the world.

I'm about where you started and just getting into the gym lifting combo I'm at 154 pounds 6 ft I can buy all the supplements and gainers if they work and can get the food if I know what to eat and get want to just FB me? @Laxmonkey209 Get the whey protein that he showed and drink it before and after every workout, it worked well for me, I was increasing my bench, deadlift, and squats 5 pounds every week while lifting about 3-4 times a week.

I just shocked my body with nutrition couple months ago and will start weights soon for a transformation I'll have up by this new years (hate being scrawny). I'll also make a lot of info available on how ppl can rejuvenate, cleanse and force their body to properly repair all parts of itself to live forever.
I am 17 now but i started on my 16 in 1 year my body transformed. And now i have nice good trained muscles. I was going only 3 times a in a week
