Constructive Criticism,

I didn't like this version, sounds like a jewellery box that mother kept that needed winding up, the tempo is not lively enough for the brightness this song is supposed to bring across. With your skill you ought to be able to make it sound equally sweet without the need of a capo. Octaves, maybe taking a look at Django would inspire that.

What is more important than technical skill is the spirit and I do not feel it here.

I play classical guitar, and I think it's harder than electric guitar, but it's also more rewarding and fun to play. I started playing electric but later switched to classical guitar. The thing about classical is that you must have self disipline. For example if you look at his hands. At the hand at the fretboard you never sees his thumb. And the fingerpicking style is hard to learn good for some people. I would suggest to get a classical guitar teacher =)
