You do realize that since she was in that area (basically a mini-red zone), she was infected. If you're within an infected zone, you're likely infected. Which is why Blackwatch killed her. As I said in my previous comment, their only reason to kill Heller's family would be if they were infected (or had reason to believe they were). If so, it's still Mercer's fault.

Knowing Blackwatch, it's not an antidote. Just something that exists to kill anyone that has the infection. Like I said, they only intentionally harm infected people. The only time that they attack innocents is during the nuke attempt.

He may have saved New York, but is unhappy of the truth he discovered. This makes it bittersweet.
