@TTTchannel the whole unit is waterproof up to a meter. If you want to use it for a longer period of time, or deeper, you nee to purchase the H2O pouch.
The best POV camera for the money. Having a cable to the recorder may seem a pain at first but actually provides one big advantage; It enables you place the mic more or less where you want it as the cable is quite durable. However by the far the greatest advantage is the quality. Images are razor sharp and show little artifacting, even under low light. I use a Canon HF100 and Panasonic HMC150) to shoot walking and cycling dock's. I can edit in the POV footage and it doesn't look out of place!
Unfortunately the presentation made an exciting product look very dull. Try putting a brief clip of what it can do at the start another at the end. Fade music in and out. Seriously this is coming across like a homework assignment.
I would like to see how this camera perform at night in city streets.
Please consider posting demonstration videos on how this camera perform in city streets at night. Low light test is important.
I bike ride for about an hour and 15 minutes 3 times a week. During the Summer I bike ride every night for about 2 hours, so I would like to see how the quality of the POV HD is compared to my Viosport H20.
If the came perform well at night, then I'll be sure to order the cam from you guys. lol
@PointOfViewCameras Direct from VIO website in the states to be honest as even with shipping it was still cheaper at current exchange rate than getting it from the UK. Only purchased it based on your guide here though so thanks again for that, much appreciated.

@PointOfViewCameras I meant for the head only, like a 3 meters cable extension. (?)

@mattyoungrev3 It's a "how-to" video..basically a video manual. It's not meant to be exciting and edgy.

Hey, if I'm using an external mic when recording...does the cover need to stay off?

@PointOfViewCameras Do you have to use the cable remote (as in does it have to be connected)? Or can you just use the wireless?
