Extremely funny, but very wrong...I hope you all realize that this officer actually lost his job, and the department was sued. If he wouldn't have been in a parking lot with straight lines, he probably would've gotten away with it. There are specific tests that officers are trained to do, and if something goes wrong while they are doing something that they arent trained to do, like laying down a tape line as a sobriety test, then the department won't stand behind them in a lawsuit.

haha thats a common practice for police to do that,ppl expect a common sobriety test, or else he wuda used the parking lines that were ther, try bending over like that when you are drunk, its hard,lol
