the blades are special and have lights in the tips each powered by a small button cett battery.

the other lights are a kind of neon wire. i dont know exactly as it is a mates heli

try that again but put loads of glow sticks on the ground that should work

there is one probleme - u can't see the walls like this) but the lights are great

or the ground if you look at 1:10-1:14 you will se the lights reflection off the floor. we couldnt tell how high the heli was.
