true story: halloween 1997 im standing inline to get inside b4 the icp hallowicked show i see proof and some white guy handing out tapes and bumper stickers. i get a tape and its the 4 track demo tape of the slim shady ep. my freind gets one and hands it to me. after the show i open one of them to listen to it. and to this day the other one is still sealed. i dont care what anyone says, yes the 4 track demo tape came sealed, and i got the proof to back it up

Proof of D12 preforming at a ICP private party.. A lot of people don't know Eminem was once a fan of ICP. Proof was a fan of Detroit music in general. The last song he did was w/ Twiztid of Psychopathic (ICP's Label). He said he liked how they've been putting shit down the last couple years. Proof & his boys hung out with Psychopathic and went bowling and shit. I Bet Em just loves that.. Proof was one real ass brotha, Way underrated! i think its less the fact eminem was a fan but knew they were big in detroit. And eminem was hardcore struggling back then and was trying to make a name for himself. So he was determined to find any way to make it...by marketing himself to all the crowds juggalos,hardcore rappers, w/e you got. just a man trying to make it as a rapper.
