I understand tape recording and CD, but I had never understood how records work on a turn table. I own over 3000 albums in my collection as I still keep collecting.
I think records sound better! Any way that I could get a job at this plant?
@johneymute You can't really play it because the groove is turned from a V carved into the surface to a V sticking out of the surface. You'd need some kind of stylus with a V notch in it to ride on top.
@og882001 In some cases, yes this is true. It depends upon whether or not the pressing plant still has them or if they were destroyed or lost when some of the plants closed.
