Besides the reason why it was 1-1 was because Materazzi just skinned Malouda and Zidane scored it off the crossbar and Im a referee and they didn't do the penalty right. There was no linesmen to watch the goal line. Trust me that wouldn't be a goal. Even in the rule book NO GOAL COUNTS UNLESS THE BALL HAS FULLY CROSSED THE LINE!
