there is another way but this way is easier for me.

ok to enter a custom game is easy. all you have to do is enter one (a friends or recent players) then you have to quit it. then you can start your own custom game. put the energy sword, pistol, rockets, unlimited ammo, super speed, light gravity, etc.

Just to see the options. They are most likely going to be in H3. WHich are pretty crazy. Google "halo 3 beta custom games 7 column" and youll read some pretty crazy stuff..

No, you can't start a match. It say's: Custom Games are currently disabled. Switch the mode to matchmaking

yeah a great brand for capture cards is gamebridge. go to amazon and type that in and you should be able to find a good one

How to get it?

Have at least 3 people in matchmaking. It will work better with some more. The leader of this room needs to join an other lobby. Sometimes someone is getting booted when switching. He will gets into the Custom Game Lobby. That person needs to switch his lobby status from local to Xbox Live if he wants to invite. You are now into the Custom Game Lobby. Good luck.
