I'd like to just leave another comment saying I'm going to church regularly, and talking with my youth minister on a daily basis. I gave up my old ways of not caring about anything, and started a new path in life.

A church is not a "place", or a building. It's an assembly of God's called out ones. You can sit in a building, and listen to scriptures and be just as un-saved as a plank on that pew where you're sitting. We all need to repent and pray that we'll be called worthy by Jesus to be a called out one, and His Bride, and be welcome at the marriage supper of the LAMB, Jesus Christ.
Christianity isn't a religion...it's a relationship anyone can have...with a loving father who made you....but we were a beautiful letdown to him....but when our perfect prince Jesus Christ died for us.....god became reachable and someone we can call too....in any time of need:)

@guerraababy My brother look for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. They have an awsome recovery program for addiction. I know I am an addict but through the program I can break the chains of hell I felt wrapped around me. They also have a lot of programs to help you on your feet. lds.org. As a 15 year old teen this movie and song impacted my life in such a great way. This movie made me reflect on my life and made me think about if i am living like a Godly man should.

hey, i saw the movie a few weeks back. i LOVED the movie AND the song afterwards.i have heard it once before on the radio station klove, or 89.5. following what sebbie0112 wrote about being born again, it is true, you are born again. you are born again in christ. as soon as you finish saying the prayer that asks you to be saved, then, you will go to heaven when you die. but that does not mean you can stop doing godly things and go out and do bad things, still try to do good.

One thing i have to say: Jesus, I love You! I love you and god and everything he wants us to do and happen. i saw this movie and cried when Emily, the white dudes daughter dies. It was s touching! I give my life to you so that you may make the plans you have for me happen. But beware it doesn't come easy and there will be lots of trials...simply are you ready for this big task?
@ryanowns5 DeejaySmitt lays a good ground work. But you will not be able to get through it on your own, the bible calls us to fellowship, that we gain strength in numbers and Christ. I suggest you find a biblically-based church in your local area, got there and talk to the pastor, who will probably have much more wisdom than any of us here. @guerraababy My brother look for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. They have an awsome recovery program for addiction. I know I am an addict but through the program I can break the chains of hell I felt wrapped around me. They also have a lot of programs to help you on your feet. lds.org. hey, i saw the movie a few weeks back. i LOVED the movie AND the song afterwards.i have heard it once before on the radio station klove, or 89.5. following what sebbie0112 wrote about being born again, it is true, you are born again. you are born again in christ. as soon as you finish saying the prayer that asks you to be saved, then, you will go to heaven when you die. but that does not mean you can stop doing godly things and go out and do bad things, still try to do good.

ryanowns5, i listen to a godly radio station, and i highly recomend. it is called k-love, or 89.5. i listen to it all the time. if you have itunes on your laptop or computer, for mine at least, there is a radio link. click on it, and click on the religous section. scroll down to the
k section, and double click. like i said, i HIGHLY recomend.

I cried (like not stopping) when the guy danced in public. he didnt want to dance for his daughter before. then he danced for her ,just hoe she showed him to day(s) before. It was just really touching. JUST ONE THING, WATCH THE MOVIE AND I guarantee that you will LOVE THE MOVIE AND YOU WILL CRY.

One thing i have to say: Jesus, I love You! I love you and god and everything he wants us to do and happen. i saw this movie and cried when Emily, the white dudes daughter dies. It was s touching! I laughed/cried when the white dude said "i love you " to the sherriff (his boss) because he was so used to saying i love you at the end of a conversation with his wife. What really made me cried like wanted me to bend down to god was when the white guy accually danced in public for his daughter

@ryanowns5 DeejaySmitt lays a good ground work. But you will not be able to get through it on your own, the bible calls us to fellowship, that we gain strength in numbers and Christ. I suggest you find a biblically-based church in your local area, got there and talk to the pastor, who will probably have much more wisdom than any of us here. Please be courageous and reach out to your local high school pastor, or maybe your school has a Christian club?? Also, check and see if there is a Young Life group in your area. I know that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ you can find the power, the motivation, the love, the forgiveness, and grace that you will need to become who he wants you to be. However, if we do not become men, women and children of Jesus, we will die. It’s true that Christ Jesus came to save mankind, and that it’s no cost to accept Him as Savior, but other men, women and children in the world need to see Christ in us.

They have the misconception that Christ came to relieve us from anything that’s enjoyable and fun, and instill us with impossible rules to follow. Although they don’t deny that He was a great leader from the past, they insist that He is not relevant in the 21st century.

Christ taught us that life is much more than earning money, being wealthy, having a good time and then ending up six feet underground. Yet, still, a number of people attempt to find meaning in success and fortune. Although, there’s nothing wrong with great achievements, life without Christ Jesus is a life without meaning, fulfillment and hope.

I am not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, dealt with suicidal thoughts, experimented with drugs, looking at porn on the internet, but there is a perfect person out there named Jesus who was sent to sacrifice himself for us. First thing you have to do is get right with God, by admitting that you are a sinner (tell him that you admit that you have sinned against him) , ask him for forgiveness (Really mean it from your heart not just from your lips out ) and repent (which means turn your back to all sin) After you do this go to a church where they preach the Word of God and read and meditate on what you read every day to have communion with God.....

@ryanowns5 Hey my brother. If you want to be a better man and fight for God and truly know that he is there Pray and ask if hes there. Just like a loving father he will let you know. Read the scriptures and when ever you are confused and dont understand something pray for understanding the lord is there for us and all we need to do is ask and he will be there. A lot of people think he is to great to bother with them but he loves you more than you can ever imagine.
