i think she was totally talking over his head and he was a little blow away by some of the stuff she was saying and didn't quite get it at first. but just like some of her albums it sometimes takes a minute to sink in.

That was a surprisingly lovely interview - she was open and patient, and he was genuinely interested and inspired, which made him so much more endearing, which she picked up on and responded to. As Oprah would say 'they had a moment!'
